Spirit Squad | March 21, 2023

AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken Spirit Squad recently worked with the Edgefield County Youth Empowerment Center and made an impact with several students they visited.

The Spirit Squad did a meet and greet with the students and answered questions about their majors and what the Spirit Squad did.

The Spirit Squad took time to read to the student-athletes and performed a cheer as well as a sideline dance for the students. During the time with the students, the Spirit Squad also played basketball with the students.

The students taught the Spirit Squad a dance and a cheer they created. All in all, it was a great time for the Spirit Squad while visiting the youth.
