AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken golf team, fresh off the Wexford Intercollegiate title, is set for the upcoming Spring Bulldog Clash.

The teams will compete at the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club in Pawleys Island, S.C. In addition to USC Aiken, Barton, Davenport, SNHU, Lander, Tusculum, Young Harris, Rogers St., Wingate, Emanuel, Northwood, Fayetteville State, Bridgewater, Livingstone, Ave Maria, Limestone, Catawba, Chowan, Belmont Abbey, Newberry, Shorter and Mount Olive will also be vying for the title.

The tournament starts at 7:45 a.m. on Monday and 7:30 a.m., on Tuesday.

Head coach Michael Carlisle's team will consist of Oscar Abrahamsson, Leonardo Bono, Rory McDonald O'Brien, Erik Olin and Jonah Winter.

Olin leads the team with a 71.7 stroke average. He has one top-five effort and a pair of top-10 finishes on the season. Olin is coming off an eighth-place finish a week ago.  

Bono, the reigning PBC Golfer of the Week, sports a 73.5 average. He is coming off a second-place finish at the Wexford Intercollegiate, which is his best finish of his career.

Abrahamsson carries a 74.2 stroke average through 18 rounds of action. His best score on the season in a 70.

McDonald O'Brien has played in three tournaments this year and has a stroke average of 75.7. He has one round of par or better with his best round being a 71.

Winter sports a 76.0 stroke average in the six rounds he has competed in. He is coming off an 18^th-place finish at the Wexford Intercollegiate.
