Each week, USC Aiken will post notes. This week, the volleyball team hosts Augusta on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and Lander on Friday, Oct. 27.
Araczki's Outstanding Match
Gyöngyvér Araczki put on a dominant performance in the sweep of Emmanuel. The newcomer registered a match-high 10 kills on 17 attempts without an error for a .588 attack percentage. For good measure, she added two blocks, two digs and an ace.Â
Balanced Attack
Head coach
Glenn Cox's team had a balanced offensive attack against the Lions. The Pacers had six student-athletes that had attempts and each one registered at least five kills. Two student-athletes had 10 kills while one had nine. Another had eight kills while the other two had six and five kills, respectively.
Triple ThreatÂ
Mallory Barash was a triple threat against Emmanuel. She distributed a match-high 36 assists while chipping in 13 digs for a double-double. Barash also slammed home six kills on 14 attempts in the contest.

Gyöngyvér Araczki leads the PBC in hitting percentage with a .372 mark.
Sadie McKay leads the conference with .58 aces a set while
Kari Mercer's 5.42 digs per set top the league standings.Â
Inside The NumbersÂ
This week, the volleyball team hosts Augusta on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and Lander on Friday, Oct. 27. Since moving to Division II, the Pacers are 68-32 (68.0 percent) in Tuesday matches and 253-152 (62.5 percent) in Saturday contests. During the same time, the program is 6-7 on Oct. 24 and 10-3 on Oct. 27. Â
Against The Opponents
This week, the volleyball team hosts Augusta on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and Lander on Friday, Oct. 27. The Pacers hold a 50-30 edge in the all-time series against the Jaguars. USC Aiken maintains a 43-14 lead in the all-time series against the Bearcats.Â
