COLUMBUS, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken women's soccer team lost a 9-1 decision to Columbus State Saturday.
The Pacers are now 1-8-2 on the season, including an 0-7-2 mark in PBC play.

Adam Kleman's team broke through in 76

Sonya Villarreal found the back of the net with a sensational shot that found the lower right of the goal for the score.
Shiloh Pirro recorded a shot on goal at the 39:32 mark while Villarreal also garnered another shot on frame in the 77
th minute of action.
Teagan Kersey rocketed an attempt at the 78:33 mark but it was stopped by the keeper.
USC Aiken recorded a pair of corner kicks on the day.
Kaydence Moore and
Emma Gibson each saw 45 minutes between the pipes. Gibson registered seven saves while Moore accounted for five stops.
The Pacers return to action Saturday, Oct. 28 when they play at South Carolina State. The match is slated to start at 1 p.m.
