2023 Baseball Schedule

AIKEN, S.C.
 – The University of South Carolina Aiken, in conjunction with head baseball coach Michael Holder, is pleased to announce the upcoming 2023 schedule.

"Our 2023 baseball schedule is challenging with a number of non-conference opponents that traditionally make NCAA regionals," Holder stated. "All teams are very well coached, have high-level talent and play the game extremely hard. I believe this non-conference slate has to be one of the toughest in our region, and when you add our Peach Belt opponents to that list of games, it should rank as one of the most challenging schedules in the country. Pacer Nation should be excited for some terrific baseball this spring!"

The Pacers open the year with a three-game series against Carson-Newman in front of the home fans Feb. 3-5. The team plays at Newberry on Feb. 10 and Feb. 12, as the Feb. 11 contest is in Aiken against the Wolves.

After a mid-week contest against Francis Marion (Feb. 15), the squad opens PBC play Feb. 17-19 at North Georgia. USC Aiken returns home for a three-game set against Embry Riddle (Feb. 24-26).

Holder's team begins March with a single game at Southern Wesleyan (March 1) prior to playing at new PBC member USC Beaufort March 3-5. USC Aiken stays on the road for single games at Francis Marion (March 7) and Coker (March 8) before a quick turnaround for a three-game home stand against Flagler March 10-12.

USC Aiken hosts Newberry (March 15) before hitting the road March 17-19 for three games at Columbus State. The Pacers have four consecutive home games starting with Coker on March 22. Holder's squad hosts Young Harris March 24-26. The team closes out March with a neutral-site non-conference affair against Augusta at SRP Park (March 29).

The squad plays at Claflin for a doubleheader on Apr. 1 and completes the series a day later with a single game.

USC Aiken returns home for 11 of its final 14 regular-season games. The Pacers hosts Augusta in a three-game set Apr. 7-8 before a home and home against Belmont Abbey (Apr. 11-12). The team hosts Georgia Southwestern Apr. 14-16.

After a three-game series at Georgia College (Apr. 21-23), the squad hosts Erskine Apr. 25. Holder's team closes out the regular season at Roberto Hernandez Stadium against nearby Lander Apr. 28-30.
