AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken women's basketball team posted a 63-55 win over Coker Friday evening.
The Pacers are now 6-4 on the season while the Cobras fall to 3-7.

Mark Miller's team was led by
Annalise Malone's double-double effort of 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Jentri Worley totaled 14 points and seven rebounds.
Delaney Trushel hit for 13 points and dished out four assists.
Emily Trushel totaled 11 markers and snagged four rebounds in the victory.
Kelsie Woodard pulled down five rebounds while
Hailey Unger registered a game-high three steals.
USC Aiken jumped out to an 8-2 lead after an old-fashioned three-point play by Malone with 5:49 to play. A three-ball by Unger at the 4:45 mark pushed the margin to seven, 11-4. After the Cobras pulled within three, Miller's team extended the advantage to seven on a lay-up by Unger to make it 15-8. The Pacers held a 16-11 edge going into the second quarter.
Miller's team once again pushed the lead to seven just 1:16 into the frame on a pair of charity tosses from Worley. However, Coker managed to take a 23-22 lead with 1:37 to play in the half. On the ensuing possession, Malone sliced through the defense for a bucket and a 24-23 advantage. The Cobras managed to take a 25-24 lead at intermission.
In the third frame, USC Aiken went ahead with an early basket by Worley. The teams went back-and-forth until Worley took a pass from Unger for a lay-up to go up 30-29.
Madison Williams connected on a shot and two more charity tosses from Worley made it 34-29.
Delaney Trushel's three-point bucket extended the score to 39-33 and the home team maintained a 39-35 margin going into the fourth stanza.
The Cobras pulled within three with 6:21 to play but
Emily Trushel nailed a jumper. After a steal by Worley,
Delaney Trushel connected on a shot from distance for a 50-42 margin.
The Pacers led 56-51 with 1:56 to play before Worley hit a foul shot. Moments later, Worley buried two more charity tosses and
Delaney Trushel connected on a free throw with 26 ticks remaining, sealing the contest. Up 63-53 after two free throws by
Emily Trushel, the visitors made a jumper with two ticks left for the final tally.
For the game, USC Aiken hit 21-of-59 from the floor (35.6 percent) and nailed five three-point shots. The team hit 16-of-21 from the free throw line (76.2 percent). The Pacers held a 41-29 edge on the glass, including an 18-8 margin on the offensive boards. The 18 offensive rebounds led to 16 second-chance points. USC Aiken converted 19 turnovers into 22 points.
The Pacers return to action Monday when they play at Kentucky State at 2 p.m.
