GREENVILLE, Tenn. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's basketball team dropped a 90-69 game to No. 6 Lincoln Memorial Saturday.
The Pacers are now 0-2 on the season while the Railsplitters stand at 3-1.

Mark Vanderslice's team. He narrowly missed a double-double with 17 points and nine boards in 26 minutes of work.
Jalen McCoy came off the bench to hit for 15 points while
Tyler Johnson added 12 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Karon Boyd and
Devin Evans each had seven points while
DeShawn Thomas and
Christopher Brown chipped in four points apiece.
Jameel Rideout and
Demitrios Dixon rounded out the scoring with two points and one point, respectively.
LMU jumped out to a 14-4 lead and never relinquished the advantage. However, Vanderslice's team kept the game around a 10-point deficit for much of the first half. It wasn't until after a pair of free throws by McCoy to make it 37-25 with 2:49 left did the home team embark on an 8-0 spurt for a 45-25 lead at the break.
USC Aiken was unable to get closer than 20 points the rest of the contest despite putting forth a solid effort.
For the game, USC Aiken hit 27-of-70 from the floor (38.6 percent). The team made 11-of-15 from the charity stripe (73.3 percent). The Pacers snagged 38 rebounds and distributed 12 assists on the 27 made buckets. USC Aiken also accounted for 27 points off the bench. The designated visitors registered 38 points in the paint compared to 34 by LMU.
