AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team lost a 4-2 decision to North Georgia Saturday evening in the regular-season finale.
The Pacers are now 2-12-1 overall, including 1-10-1 against league foes.
After playing to a scoreless draw in the first half, the Nighthawks managed to secure the win with three goals in the final 45 minutes.

Ike Ofoje's team tried to get on the board early as
Jaymee Kambel rocketed a shot that was saved by the keeper just 4:44 into the match.
Davide Panucci's shot in the 21
st minute was also thwarted by the defense.
Cason Donahue was up to the test in the first half, turning away six shots by the visitors.
Trailing early in the second half,
Lucas Pegorer placed a shot on goal in the 57
th minute. Five minutes later,
Ejemai Ohiwerei's attempt was high.
Fabian Avila's shot from 20 yards out was saved, keeping the score at 3-0.
Off a break, Pegorer cut into the box and rocketed a shot that was saved by the keeper. Pegorer collected the rebound and blasted home the ball to make it 3-1 with 16:45 to play.
UNG managed to tack on a late score. With just under four minutes to play,
Hippolyte Denis converted a penalty kick, pulling the home squad within two at 4-2. However, the team could get no closer.
For the match, Donahue played all 90 minutes between the pipes. He accounted for nine saves.
The Pacers return to action in the PBC Tournament. The PBC will release the bracket after the final regular-season league match Monday. The two teams will match up in the first round of the PBC Tournament.
