AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken women's soccer team lost 6-0 to No. 4 Columbus State Saturday afternoon.
The Pacers are now 5-3-4 overall and 3-3-3 in league play. The Cougars improve to 12-1-1 on the year and 8-0-1 against conference foes.

Tina Murphy's team tallied six shots on the day, including three on frame.
Kenna Souder had a pair of shots.
Baylea Payne,
Shiloh Pirro and
Olivia Pall each had one attempt in the contest.
Pall, Payne and Souder each posted shots on goal in the contest.
Pirro had the team's first attempt in the 23
rd minute of play. Souder's shot on frame in the 68
th minute nearly found the back of the net. Payne blasted a shot toward the goal in the 76
th minute while Pall's shot was just a few minutes later.
