YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team lost a 3-0 match at Young Harris Saturday afternoon.
The Pacers are now 2-10 on the season, including 1-8 against conference competition. The Mountain Lions improve to 7-4-3 on the year and 6-3-2 against PBC teams.

Ike Ofoje's team nearly got on the board in the third minute when
Daniel Ailemen registered a shot on goal but was turned away by the keeper.
The Pacers continued to remain aggressive a moment later when
Kadin DeMesme blasted a shot that sailed just high of the frame.
After a few attempts by YCH,
Davide Panucci tallied an attempt, but it missed high in the 15
th minute of play.
In the 18
th minute, USC Aiken was whistled for a foul in the box, resulting in a penalty kick the home team converted for a 1-0 lead. The Mountain Lions added two goals late in the half for what turned out to be the 3-0 final tally.
Solon Pinto registered a shot in the second frame, but Ofoje's team was unable to get any more shots on frame.
For the match,
Cason Donahue played 45 minutes and had two saves.
Tyler Hughes played the final 45 minutes in goal and had five saves.
