AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken, in conjunction with Director of Athletics
Jim Herlihy, is pleased to announce the addition of
Brennan Hand as the Business Manager.

Brennan Hand to our internal operations staff," Herlihy stated. "His skill set and experiences will help us enhance the experience for our student-athletes and provide important support for our staff and campus partners."
Hand, a native of Virginia, comes to USC Aiken after working at the University of South Florida as the Assistant Director of Business Operations. There, he handled purchase card reconciliation, accounts payable, purchase orders and requisitions, cash advances, game guarantees and monitored travel requests and expense reports.
At USC Aiken, Hand serves as a key member of the Department of Athletics administrative leadership team. He is responsible for initiating and monitoring all financial aspects of the department, including development and oversight of team and administrative budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, property control and all required financial reports.
Prior to his time at USF, Hand worked at Southern Virginia University as the Assistant A.D. from 2014-19. In addition to his duties in the business office, Hand was an assistant coach for the men's soccer team from 2012-2014, the women's basketball team in 2014-15 and the men's lacrosse team in 2015-16.
Hand graduated with a degree from High Point in recreation management. He earned a Master of Science degree in Sports Management from Liberty.
