COLUMBIA, S.C. – The No. 18 University of South Carolina Aiken men's tennis team posted a 4-0 win at Benedict Friday afternoon.

The Pacers are now 2-0 on the season.

Salvador Bandeira and Antonio Sabugueiro notched a 6-1 win at the No. 1 doubles spot. Vicente Andrades and Tales Silva combined for a 6-2 victory at No. 2 while Francesco Satta and Alex Sklizovic took home a 6-2 win as well.

Leading 1-0 heading into singles play, Sabugueiro accounted for a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 3. Andrades won by the same score at No. 4 while Satta was up 3-1 before his opponent retired, giving him the victory.

With the competition clinched at 4-0, Silva, Bandeira and Sklizovic did not complete their matches.

It marked the 400^th career victory at USC Aiken for head coach Steve Dahm.

The Pacers return to action tomorrow when they host Coker at 1 p.m.
