AIKEN, S.C. – The No. 15 University of South Carolina Aiken men's tennis team posted a 9-0 win over Morehouse Sunday afternoon.

The Pacers are now 8-4 on the season.

Head coach Steve Dahm's team put the opposition away quickly in doubles action. Top-seeded Antonio Sabugueiro and Vicente Andrades rolled to an 8-0 win. Alex Sklizovic and Liam Wiggins notched an 8-1 victory at the No. 2 slot while Alvaro Garcia Gil and Valentin Mounoto dit Larroque accounted for an 8-2 win at No. 3.

In singles action, Andrades, Garcia Gil and Sklizovic did not lose a game in either set, cruising to identical 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4, respectively.

Sabugueiro tallied a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 1. Wiggins – at No. 5 – and Mounoto dit Larroque – at No. 6 – won by identical margins, respectively.

The Pacers return to action Tuesday when they host Augusta in a PBC contest starting at 1 p.m.
