AIKEN, S.C. – The USC Aiken women's soccer team got their 10
th victory of the season on Wednesday as they cruised past Converse College 5-0 in Aiken.
Sophomore
Christy Cousins led USCA with two goals and one assist. Cousins now has 16 goals on the season.
Other scorers for USCA were
Kelly Veas,
Bridget Brennan and
Kirsten Haas. USCA outshot Converse 23-4 for their fifth shutout of the season. The Lady Pacers are now 10-4 on the season. Converse falls to 1-15-1.
USC Aiken will host Wingate University tomorrow at 3 pm. The men's soccer team will also play Wingate at 1 p.m.
