AIKEN, S.C. – The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Student-Athlete of the Week is women's basketball standout Paris Webster.

Webster, a sophomore guard from Raleigh, N.C., guided the Pacers to a 1-0 week.

In the win at Barton, she tied her career high with 16 points on five-of-11 shooting from the floor including two-of-three from downtown. Webster also hit all four charity tosses.

She grabbed a season-high five rebounds, dished out an assist and added a steal in 28 minutes of work.

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
