Molly Dziczkowski is in her first year as an assistant coach at USCA.

Dziczkowski brings a wealth of experience to the staff. A former standout volleyball player at Robert Morris, she guided the program to a pair of Norheast Conference Tournament championships (1992, 1993) as an outside hitter. The Richfield, Ohio, native garnered first-team all-NEC honors in 1993 and 1994 and was a member of the 1992 NEC all-tournament team. Dziczkowski ranks third in sets played (478), fifth in digs (1,539) and ninth in kills (967). Her 526 digs during the 1992 season was a school record for 11 seasons. Dziczkowski was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame in 2002. 

She was inducted into her high school Hall of Fame in 2016 as a three-sport standout in volleyball, basketball and softball. 

Dziczkowski resides in Aiken with her husband Jim Dziczkowski. The couple has two children, Annie (20) and Matthew (18). Both Annie and Matthew are collegiate student-athletes.
