Played volleyball and softball at South Aiken High School … softball coach was Phil Strickland … member of Mu Alpha Theta and National Honor Society … earned all-county and all-conference honors in volleyball … winner of Most Hustle Award twice … recipient of Army Reserve Scholar/Athlete Award … hit .435 for USC Aiken last year … had 4 games with 2 hits … had a single, double and 2 RBI vs. Morris … was 3 of 3 in stolen base attempts … is in the Elementary Education curriculum with plans of teaching at the elementary level.
