2012 (Junior): Played in 11 matches and 14games overall …  Picked up 11 kills and 11 digs duringthe year … Had four total blocks … Collected twokills and two digs at home against Lander on Nov. 7 … Strongin the classroom being able to graduate early.

2011 (Sophomore): Saw action in 18matches, starting nine … Played in 40 games …Recorded 27 kills and 61 digs on the year … Her 156 assistswere fourth-best on the team.

East Tennessee State: Member of NCAADivision I Atlantic Sun Conference program that made it to theAtlantic Sun Finals before losing to Lipscomb in five sets …Saw limited action … Made the East Tennessee StateDean’s List both of her semesters at the school. 

Orangeville High School: DeVries wasa four-time All-Conference honoree as a setter for the OrangevilleHigh School volleyball team … She was also an All-Areaselection for four years … Off the court, DeVries was amember of the National Honor Society and a member of the Honor Rollfor all four of her years at Orangeville High School … Shewas a member of the Student Council from 2008-10 … Served asthe Yearbook Editor during senior year.  

Personal: Nicole is the daughter ofSheldon and Jill DeVries … She is majoring in BusinessAdministration.
