Biography

2006 (Junior): One of the most complete, all-around players in the Peach Belt Conference...Only player in the PBC to be ranked in hitting percentage, blocks, and digs...Finished fourth in the league in blocks per game (1.09)...Second on the team in hitting percentage (.245) and fourth in service aces (39)...In a September 9 win over Presbyterian, Deardorff recorded a “triple-double” notching 11 kills, a career-high 11 blocks, and 14 digs...Posted seven matches with double-digits in kills and digs...Turned in 19 performances with 10 or more digs and 12 with at least 10 kills including a season-best 15 versus North Greenville on October 3.

2005 (Sophomore): Third on the team in kills and kills per game (2.53)...One of only two players to see action in all 117 games...Third in blocks per game (0.82)... Notched 10 or more kills in 15 matches including 12 of the last 14 contests of the season...Set a career-best with 18 kills in an October 21 match at USC Upstate only to tie it five days later at Augusta State...Twice tied season-high of seven blocks, first against California (Pa.) on August 27 and then at UNC Pembroke on October 8.

2004 (Freshman): Secured a starting spot at right side as a freshman...Finished fifth on the team in kills and in kills per game (1.95)...Her 116 games played was second only to senior captain Jenny Lloyd’s 117...Fifth in digs with 205...Ranked third on the team in blocks totaling 87 including 12 solo...Registered seven double-digit kill matches and three double doubles (kills and digs)...Tallied 10 kills, eight digs, and a season-high seven blocks hitting .391 in an October 2 loss to nationally-ranked Armstrong Atlantic State...Had a career-match on October 22 in a 3-0 win over Lander where she rang up 14 kills and no errors on 20 total attacks for a .700 hitting percentage.

Forest Park High School: Named All-District and All-Region in leading the Bruins to the Virginia Class AAA State Championship in 2003... Earned Washington Post All-Metro honorable mention accolades as a senior...Selected to the All-District Second-Team as a junior
