Biography

2006 (Junior): Named Peach Belt All0Conference for the second consecutive season...Hit over .560 averaging more than 11 kills, two aces, and five blocks per match during the PBC Tournament... Selected as the PBC Tournament Most Valuable Player...Earned a spot on the Daktronics All-Region Second-Team... Excelling in the classroom as well, Gerolstein received CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District First-Team accolades...Became fifth member of the school’s 1,000-kill club on October 18 against Augusta State (the final volleyball match in “The Courthouse”)...Posted 18 matches with double digit kill totals... Set a school record with 13 blocks on October 14 against Palm Beach Atlantic... Registered 21 kills and seven blocks on September 28 versus USC Upstate for a season-best 26.5 points.

2005 (Sophomore): Three-time Peach Belt Conference Player of the Week selection... Named PBC All-Conference...Led PBC in hitting percentage at .308 while ranking fourth in both kills per game (3.48) and blocks per game (1.05)...Named CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Second-Team...Totaled 22 matches with 10 or more kills...Had a career-night in an October 8 win at UNC Pembroke with 16 kills and no errors in 20 attempts, hitting .800 to go with 12 blocks and two service aces...Registered a career-best 28.0 points versus UNCP on November 11 in the PBC Tournament with 21 kills, one aces, and eight blocks hitting .432.

2004 (Freshman): Led the team in blocks while finishing second in kills per game (2.82)...Seventh in the conference in hitting percentage... Her 1.04 blocks per game was sixth best in the PBC...Finalist for PBC Freshman of the Year...Recorded 14 double-digit kill performances... Versus Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras on October 18, had season-best 10 blocks...Named USCA’s Freshman Female Student-Athlete of the Year.

Broadneck High School: MVP on team that finished as Maryland state runner-up in 2003...Named AllCounty First-Team by Washington Post and Baltimore Sun.
