Boardman High School: Three-year starter on the varsity squad ... Served as team captain her junior and senior seasons ... Named First-Team All-District and Second-Team All-Federal League as a senior ... Selected as the District Player of the Year ... Earned the Lady Spartans Most Valuable Player award as well as “Hustle Award” ... Received “Coaches Award” as a junior despite missing most of the year with an injury ... Also a member of the softball and swimming teams.

Personal: Alison Marie Sfara is the daughter of Mark and Karen Sfara ... She is majoring in Exercise and Sports Science.
