Biography
2007-08 (JUNIOR): Became the program’s first-ever Daktronics South Atlantic All-Region First Team selection… Selected to the ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District III Second-Team with an overall 3.75 GPA…Became the sixth member of the 1000 point club on February 20…Ranked 2nd in Division II in three-pointers made per game…Scored a career-best 29 points vs. Presbyterian and became first on the school’s career three-pointers list (234) on February 13…Earned Player of the Week honors January 19…Led the PBC in free throw percentage (89.6%)…Also led in three pointers made (3.54 per game)…Led the team with 17.0 ppg and with nine 20+ scoring games…Begins her senior season second on the PBC’s all-time three-pointers list and fifth on the USCA career scoring list…Earned Co-MVP honors with teammate Morgan Johnson…Also has the honor of scoring the first made field goal in a women’s basketball game in the history of the Convocation Center on November 20th; fittingly, it was a three-pointer from the left wing.
2006-07 (SOPHOMORE): One of the best three-point shooters in the nation, Legg led the PBC and finished third in the country in three-point shooting percentage at 47.5, shattering the school record...Led the PBC and was 26th in Division II in three-point field goals made...Enters her junior season ranked fourth all-time on the school’s three-point list with 135...Led the team, ranking 16th in the league in scoring...Also finished third in three-pointers made and 13th in field goal percentage...Led the Lady Pacers with three 20+ point games as well as 17 double-figure scoring performances (nine in the final 11 games of the season)...Scored a career-high 21 points in an 80-31 win over Voorhees on November 24.
2005-06 (FRESHMAN): Her 10.1 ppg was third among PBC freshmen and ranked 19th overall in the league...Set a school and conference record for consecutive free throws made as she opened her collegiate career with 45-straight makes, just eight shy of the Division II record...Finished 49-of-50 at the stripe which would have led the NCAA except she was a few attempts shy of the minimum...Led the team with 18 double figure scoring nights...Poured in a season-high 20 points on January 4 in the team’s upset win at preseason favorite Columbus State...Posted first double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds at #18 Clayton State on February 11...Finished third in the PBC in three-point field goals made and 15th in three-point field goal percentage.
HOPEWELL HIGH SCHOOL: Set school records for career scoring (1,250), single season scoring (496), career three-pointers made (120), single season three-pointers made (67), and single game scoring (32)...Four-year letterwinner and two-time All-Conference performer...Named the 2005 Charlotte Observer High School Female Athlete of the Year...Two-time Scholar-Athlete award winner...Inducted into the Hopewell High School Hall of Fame...Two-year team captain.
