2007-08 (JUNIOR): Ranked in the PBC in scoring (25th with 10.1ppg), assists (11th with 3.04 per game), assist/turnover ratio (10th with 1.13), and minutes played (9th with 30.43 per game)…Connected on eight of her final 11 shots from the field against Lander on January 23 to finish with a career-high 20 points…Scored in double figures in 19 games…Had six or more assists 5 times…Led the team in total assists (85), steals (44), and minutes played (30.4)…Begins her senior season 10th on the USCA all-time scoring list (734 points), 8th in assists (177), and 10th in minutes played (2,339).
2006-07 (SOPHOMORE): Finished third on the team in both assists and free throw percentage, while ranking fourth in three-point field goals made and fifth in scoring... Made 10 of her 12 starts on the season over the final 12 games of the year...Fifth on the team with eight double-digit scoring performances...Continued her torching of the GCSU Bobcats, pouring in a career-high 18 points in a key January 20th win 69-68, going 6-of-11 from the floor...Filling in for the injured Mindy Allee at point guard, Starnes led the Lady Pacers to a huge upset win 68-64 at #15 Clayton State on January 27 with 10 points, four assists, and four steals in 33 minutes.
2005-06 (FRESHMAN): Starnes led all freshmen and ranked third on the team in minutes per game at 29.0...One of four frosh to play in all 28 games...Fifth on the team and 27th in the Peach Belt Conference in scoring at 8.5 ppg...Tied for third on the squad with 14 double figures scoring performances...Loved the Bobcats, pouring in a season-high 17 points against Georgia College & State twice...The first time came on January 23 in Milledgeville with the second just eight days later, on February 1 in Aiken...Both times she was 6-of-11 from the floor...Third on the team in threes.
RILEY COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity basketball, volleyball, and track standout for the Falcons...Three-time First-Team All-Mideast League and All-Flinthills selections...Twice named All-State Honorable Mention before earning First-Team 3A All-State accolades by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association (KBCA)...Led her high school team to a perfect 26-0 record and the Class 3A Kansas State Championship in 2004-05 averaging 18.0 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 4.0 apg, and setting a school record with 71 three-pointers made...One of only 24 seniors in the state selected to participate in the KBCA All-Star game...Averaged 12.0 ppg as a junior leading Riley County to a 25-1 mark and a state runner-up finish...Four years as Class Treasurer, and graduated in the top 10 of her class.
