Biography
2005: Batted .208 in 12 games, including six starts...In 24 at bats she had five hits, three runs, three homeruns, and seven RBI...Mills also posted a .583 slugging percentage in her time at bat and a .240 on-base percentage...She hit her first collegiate home run on April 15 at the bottom of the third to lead the Lady Pacers to a win over Columbus State...That win gave USC Aiken its ninth consecutive PBC win, a first in Lady Pacer softball history...Was also a member, and the leading scorer, of the 2005-06 Lady Pacer basketball squad that finished 19-13, including a bid to the 2005 NCCA Tournament...She ended her basketball career ranked sixth in all-time points (742), fourth in steals (165), ninth in assists (162), and fourth in 3FGs made (90).
2004: Second leading scorer for USC Aiken Women’s Basketball team...Did not play softball. College of Eastern Utah: Played basketball for two seasons at Eastern Utah.
Provo High School: Batted .465 with 42 RBI and 24 steals on her way to being named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State as a senior...Batted .430 as a junior with 15 home runs, 38 RBI and 21 steals...Posted a .380 batting average with 32 RBI as a sophomore.
Personal: Kasey Diane Mills is the daughter of David and Wendy Mills...She is majoring in Exercise and Sport Science.
BASKETBALL
2003-04 (JUNIOR SEASON): Second on the team and 22nd in the Peach Belt Conference in scoring at 11.0 ppg...Led the team and ranked 10th in the PBC in steals per game with 2.36...Finished 14th in the conference in assists (2.86), seventh in three-point field goal percentage (.381), and 12th in three-point field goals made (1.54)...Scored career-high 21 points in a November 22 game at Division I Georgia Southern on 9-of-12 shooting from the field and 3-of-4 from deep... Career-best in a conference contest came in the final one of the season versus regular season champion Lander...Had 19 points on 3-of-8 from downtown...Had 15 games with double digit points, second highest total on the team...Four games with six or more steals led the squad.
COLLEGE OF EASTERN UTAH: Averaged 12.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.4 steals...Earned All-Conference honors...As a freshman, averaged 10.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 3.0 steals...Made 30 three-pointers in 2002-03 and was selected NJCAA All-Region.
