NEW HANOVER HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time Most Valuable Player for the Wildcats, Soules was named the 2006 North Carolina Mid-Eastern AAAA Player of the Year... Averaged 15.0 ppg, 8.0 rpg, and 1.4 bpg last year in helping New Hanover capture their first conference championship in 18 years...Named to the Star News First-Team All-Area as both a junior and senior...Averaged 13.0 ppg and 7.0 rpg as a junior... Finished her high school career as the program’s seventh leading rebounder...Awarded the team’s Most Improved honor in 2004...Played for the Carolina Force AAU team... All-Conference standout on the volleyball team earning Most Valuable Offensive Player last year as a senior...Played varsity softball for the Wildcats.

PERSONAL: Alicia Michelle Soules is the daughter of Anthony and Michelle Green... She plans on majoring in Exercise and Sports Science.
