2003: Made 33 appearances as a freshman in 2003...Started 15 games...Had nine hits, including one double, in 43 at bats for a .206 batting average...Posted a .261 on base percentage...One stolen base in three attempts...Went three-for-three with one run scored and a walk against Francis Marion on March 16, 2003.

Newberry High School: Batted .556 with 31 stolen bases as a senior...Chosen to the All-State team and the South Carolina North/South All-Star team as a senior...Was selected as the team’s Offensive Player of the Year and the Player of the Year as a senior...Hit .482 with 23 stolen bases as a junior...Named All-Region after her junior season...Played four years on the Newberry basketball team, winning All-Region honors in 2000 and 2002.

Personal: Temeka Floyd is the daughter off Ranzella and Patrick Wright...She is majoring in Exercise and Sport Science.
