2006 (Junior): Was a standout in her first year with the Lady Pacers, hitting a teamleading .359, which was good for 14th in the Peach Belt...Led the team in on-base percentage (.411), slugging percentage (.586), runs scored (31), and home runs (7)...Also tallied 28 RBI and eight doubles...Had 12 multi-hit games, including three on three occasions...Had a season-best performance against Lander, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI.

Louisburg Community College: As a sophomore, had a .367 batting average in 79 at-bats...Collected 29 hits, scored 27 runs, and had 15 RBI...She belted five doubles, one triple, and two home runs...Selected First-Team All-Region for the North Carolina junior college.

George Washington High School: Batted .597 with 15 RBI and 30 runs scored and also stole 28 bases...Was named the Western Valley Player of the Year...Also tabbed All-District, All-Region, and Second-Team All-State...As a junior, she had a .608 batting average with 15 RBI and 21 runs scored... The First-Team Western Valley All-District selection also stole 16 bases.

Personal: Keshia Shaunte Venable is the daughter of Cassandra Venable and Bryan Covington...She is majoring in Exercise and Sports Science.
