2003: In her first season of collegiate softball, Durand broke four school records and tied two others on her way to earning Peach Belt All-Conference and PBC Freshman of the Year honors...Set new USCA single season records with a .445 batting average, 112 total bases, an .818 slugging percentage and 11 home runs, beating the previous mark of seven…Tied school marks with six RBIs in one game against Erskine College and tied the career home run record…Finished 17th in NCAA Division II with an average of .26 home runs per game…Batting average ranked 32nd in the nation…Finished in the top 10 in the PBC in seven offensive categories.

Silver Bluff High School: Durand led Silver Bluff High School to the 2002 Class 2A South Carolina State Softball Championship...Was a six-year letterwinner and a four-time all-state selection...Batted .473 with six home runs, 48 RBIs and 11 doubles as a senior...Selected to the South Carolina North/South All-Star Team her senior year...Named all region six times, beginning with her seventh grade season...Won the High School Sports Report Player of the Year Award as a sophomore...Named the Aiken Standard Player of the Year in 2000...Also selected to the all-region tennis team as a junior.
