Biography

1997: Saw action in 21 games for the Pacers… Went 2-4 with 2 RBI at Emmanuel College… In the PBAC tournament went 3-8 with one RBI in two games… Had one stolen base, one run, one RBI, and one hit in three at bats against USC Spartanburg… Came in to pinch hit at Newberry and had a single… Recorded five sacrifice hits on the season.  

Airport High: A three-time All-Region selection under coach Kay Kesseler… Named #1 pitcher in her region… Batted .407 as a senior and played on the 4A Upperstate Championship teams in 1995 and 1996… Batted .408 as a junior and .466 as a sophomore… Also, lettered in volleyball. 

Personal: Crystal Blake Frost was born on January 19, 1978… Daughter of Jessy and Lanora Frost…  Majoring in Fine Arts… Is {resident of the USC Aiken Concert Choir.
