Played basketball and softball at North Augusta High School … softball coach was Beth Meyer … lettered 4 years in softball and 3 years in basketball … member of marching band for 4 years … hit .480 over 4 years … threw out 60% of stolen base attempts … was softball MVP as senior … earned Hustle Award in softball as a senior … selected Outstanding Athlete in senior year by the West Augusta Rotary Club … batted .440 for Lady Pacers last season … had 12 games with 2 or more hits … had a double and triple with 3 RBI vs. Voorhees last season … hit a homerun against Limestone … was 7 of 7 in stolen base attempts … struck out just once in 88 plate appearances … is a physical education major with plans of teaching and coaching as a career.
