Biography

2003: Led the team with 53 strike outs…Tied for the team lead with 21 games started…165 hits allowed was best among USC Aiken’s two primary starters…Winning pitcher in three of USCA’s five Peach Belt Conference wins…Allowed just one run and five hits, in six innings of work, in the Lady Pacers 1-0 loss to 20th ranked Armstrong Atlantic State in the Peach Belt Tournament.

2002: As a sophomore, Amy led the Lady Pacers in wins (13), ERA (3.15), innings pitched (169), shutouts (4) and strike outs (70)...Finished with a 13-13 record...Started 26 games...Allowed 199 hits, 116 runs and 76 earned runs, all of which were the best among USCA pitchers.

2001: During her freshman campaign, Fox went a team-best 7-1 on the season with a 3.06 ERA...She appeared in 13 games, started seven and struck out 30 batters in 64 innings.

Turner Ashby High School: Fox was named all-region and all-district as a sophomore, junior and senior...District player of the year as a senior....Named all-state following her sophomore season...Had a career record of 49-7 on the mound, a school career win record, with 380 strike outs and a 0.89 ERA...Fox led the team to the state championship game and to four district titles.
