2011 (Junior): Played in 15 contests for USC Aiken … Made 5 starts … Took 4 shots on the year ...Named to Peach Belt Conference Men's Soccer All-Academic Team.

2010 (Sophomore): Made three starts for the Pacers ... Saw action in seven matches in total ... Two shots on the year, including one on goal.

2009 (Freshman): Saw limited action in four games, starting in one.

South Aiken High School: Played both Football and Soccer for the Thoroughbreds ... Selected to the All-Region Team in Soccer as well as the All-Region and All-Area Teams in Football ... Member of the North/South All-Star Team in Soccer ...Equally strong in the classroom, Michael won the Wendy’s Heisman Award ... Also earned the Palmetto Fellows and Chancellor Scholarship. 

Personal: Michael is the son of David and Paula Steele ...  He is majoring in Biology.
