Biography

2006-07 (JUNIOR SEASON): Only Pacer golfer last year to compete in all 34 rounds for USC Aiken...Finished second on the team in scoring with a 74.50 stroke average...His eight top 20 finishes, and four top 10’s, were both second to Roberto Diaz for team-high honors... Earned NCAA Division II Southeast All-Region honors in his first collegiate season...Recorded first career victory on March 5-6 at the Richard Rendleman Invitational, firing a season-best 66 in the final round...Tied for 16th in his first action as a Pacer on September 11-12 at the Kiawah Island Invitational...Recorded rounds of 72, 72, and 73 to tie for seventh at the Bobcat Invitational on March 26-27....Finished the 2006-07 season with two-straight top 10’s in postseason play...On April 16-17, Goff tied for ninth at the 2007 Peach Belt Conference Championship...Three weeks later, he notched another tied for ninth placement at the NCAA Southeast Regional Tournament, the Pacers’ top finisher by five strokes... A consistent source of scoring week-in and week-out, Goff finished in the top three of the Pacers’ line-up in 11 of 13 tournaments...In the summer of 2006, Goff drew much attention to himself, and Aiken, as he captured the 75th South Carolina State Amateur with a final round surge...The event was held at the Palmetto Golf Club in Aiken, home course for the Pacers.

SILVER BLUFF HIGH SCHOOL: Was a member of the Bulldogs golf team from 1996 to 2000 playing under head coach Kim Kirk.
