Biography

Fall ’98: Posted his best finish in the fall at the Chris Cothran Radford Intercollegiate when he tied for 16th, which included a first round 71.

1997-98: Turned in his best finish of his collegiate career with a tie for 15th place finish in the PBAC Championships, which included a final round 70…Finished tied for 25th in the Richard Randleman Invitational in Salisbury, N.C….Notched a tie for 28th finish at the Emerald Coast Collegiate.

1996-97: Traveled to the NCAA Division II National Tournament as a sophomore and finished tied for 52nd…In four rounds of golf at the NCAA Tournament his stroke average was 76.25.

Berkley High School: Won the ’93 Carolina’s Junior Championship…Charleston Junior Golf Association Player of the Year…Named to the ’93 Carolina’s-Virginia’s Junior Team…First team all-state in ’94…Three time all-conference selection…Qualified for State Tournament both junior and senior year.

Son of Charlie & Carol Hamer…Majoring in Business Administration.
