004-05 (JUNIOR SEASON): Led the team with 13 double figure scoring games...Third on the team in scoring and rebounding averaging 9.4 ppg and 4.4 rpg...Shot 34.6 percent from the three-point line in conference games...Scored a career-high 20 points on 8-of-13 from the field including 4-of-8 from deep on Feb. 16 at USC Upstate...Was the third highest scoring output by the Pacers last year...Posted only double double of the season on January 5 versus USC Upstate with 17 points and 10 rebounds... Connected on a career-best five three-pointers on February 5 in a near upset of Armstrong Atlantic State before a homecoming crowd.

HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Richard Blocker played two seasons at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa...As a sophomore, led the Hawks to an 18-14 record while averaging 14.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.0 steal per game...In the Hawks’ season ending loss to Central Florida Community College, scored 21 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field, including 4-of-5 from beyond the three-point line, had four assists, two rebounds and a steal...Was named Second-Team All-Suncoast Conference in 2003- 04...Hillsborough capped an up and down season by beating Manatee Community College in three overtimes to advance to the state tournament.

KING HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 15.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.0 steals his senior season...Named First-Team All-Conference and team MVP as a senior...Scored 8.8 points, grabbed 2.0 rebounds, and dished out 1.5 assists per game as a junior...Played basketball under head coach Jon Mackey...Two-year member of the Lions’ track team.

PERSONAL: Richard Andrew Blocker is the son of Richard Salter and Delores Simmons...He is majoring in Sociology.
