Biography

2001-02 (JUNIOR SEASON): One of only two players to start all 28 games for the Pacers...Averaged a team-best 36.5 minutes per game...Third on team in scoring at 8.5 points per game...His 5.04 assists per game ranked him second in the Peach Belt Conference...Also ranked second in the PBC in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.88...Had a career night on Nov. 28 in a 76-67 loss at UNC Pembroke, scoring 26 points on 9-of-13 shooting including 5-of-6 from the three-point line, all career-highs...Set career mark for rebounds with eight on Mar. 1 versus Clayton State in the quarterfinals of the 2002 PBC Tournament...Posted seven double figure scoring outings.

2000-01 (SOPHOMORE SEASON): Played in all 28 games for the Pacers...Started at point guard in nine of them...Averaged 3.9 points and 1.3 rebounds in 18.9 minutes per game...Third on the team in assists with 73...Led the team in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.92...After a previous career-high of four points, Dugans posted three double-digit scoring outbursts including a new season-best 18 in a 78-73 win over Mars Hill on Jan. 29...In the Pacers tough 79-73 loss to Augusta State in the PBC Tournament semifinals, Dugans hit 6-of-9 shots from the field, 3-of-4 from the three-point line, and 2-of-2 from the line to finish with 17 points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal, and no turnovers in 31 minutes...For the season, shot 56.5 percent from downtown (13-23).

1999-2000 (FRESHMAN SEASON): Appeared in all 25 games including 10 as a starter...Averaged 1.8 points, 1.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 23.3 minutes per game...In splitting time with Dain Brown at the point position, Dugans led the team in assists with 83 and finished 10th in the Peach Belt Conference...Dished out a career-high nine assists in a 62-59 loss to Lander...Ranked fourth on the team in steals with 23.

LOWER RICHLAND HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 8.4 points, 6.6 assists, 2.7 steals, and 1.9 rebounds as a senior for the 16th-ranked high school team in the nation...Led the Diamonds over Lexington High School for the 4-A State Title as a senior...Shot 48.0 percent from the field including 39.0 percent from beyond the arc in 1998-99...Averaged 5.2 points and 4.2 assists per game as a junior.
