Biography

Darnell is half of the guard corps described by Coach DeHart early last year as probably the best combination in the district. His leadership and athletic ability have reaffirmed that opinion and his 13 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.5 assist and 2 steals per game are an indication that, with point guard Spanky Mattison returning, the guard positions are in good hands. Darnell was selected to the all-tournament team in the Georgia College Invitational Tournament.
