2003-04: Curt Triplin’s average of 8.2 rebounds per game last season makes the senior the top returning rebounder in the Peach Belt Conference in 2004-05…In his first season at USC Aiken, Triplin finished third in the PBC in rebounding in 2003-04 and ninth in scoring after averaging 13.5 points per game…His rebounding average ranked 63rd in NCAA Division II…On Jan. 12, Triplin was named Peach Belt Conference Player of the Week after averaging 18.3 points, 11 rebounds and 2.7 assists in three games for the Pacers...During that same time, he connected on 60 percent of his shots from the field and 81 percent from the free throw line…Had nine double-doubles…Threatened the school record for rebounds in a game on two occasions, just missing the mark of 18 by one rebound both times…Grabbed 17 boards against Newberry on Nov. 29 and against Livingstone on Dec. 13…Scored a career best 28 points against USC Upstate at “The Courthouse” on Feb. 18…Connected on 14-of-14 free throw attempts against the Spartans, which tied the best performance from the charity stripe in Division II all of last season…For the season, Triplin made 46 percent of his shots from the field, 34.3 percent from beyond the three-point arch and 74.8 percent from the free throw line…Scored in double figures 20 times, scored 20 or more points on three occasions…Averaged 1.7 assists and 0.7 steals per game.

AT MARS HILL COLLEGE: Averaged 8.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game for the Lions his sophomore season...Started 23 of the 28 games in which he played...His 7.6 boards per game ranked first on the team and second in the South Atlantic Conference...Hit 41.8 percent of his shots from the field (84- of-201), 34.1 percent from three point land (14-of-41) and 68.4 percent (67-of- 98) from the free throw line...Averaged four points and 2.9 rebounds per game as a freshman.
