Biography

2002-03 (JUNIOR SEASON): Finished second on the team and 11th in the Peach Belt Conference with an average of 14.5 points per game...Started 26 contests...Reached double figures in all but two of the 28 games in which he played, including his first 13 games as a Pacer...Scored 20 or more points five times...Finished third in the conference with an 85.6 percent free throw percentage (119-for-139)...Finished fourth in the PBC with a 42.0 three point shooting percentage...Played a team high 935 minutes (33.4 per game)...Made 41.5 percent (120-for-289) of his shots from the field...His 73 defensive rebounds tied for third on the team...Posted a 1.03 assist to turnover ratio...During a five game stretch in February, which the Pacers went 3-2, Latimer averaged 22 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1 steal and 35.6 minutes per game...During that same stretch, he connected on 51.6 percent (32-of-62) of his field goals, 52 percent (13-of-25) of his three pointers and 89.1 percent (33-of-37) of his free throws...Best game came in a 94-82 win over USC Spartanburg in which he scored 27 points on eight-of-15 shooting... Finished second on the team and 15th in the league with 74 assists...Had a career best eight assists in the Pacers 73-65 win over Catawba.

WINTHROP UNIVERSITY: As a sophomore he played in 16 games for NCAA Division I Winthrop and averaged 1.1 points per game, 0.3 rebounds per game, and 3.6 minutes per game...The Eagles won the Big South Conference Tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament where they lost in the first round to Duke University.

RICHLAND NORTHEAST HIGH SCHOOL: 2000 McDonald’s All-American Honorable Mention...South Carolina All-State (2000)...All-Area (1999 and 2000)...All-Conference (1998, 1999, and 2000)...Averaged 21.0 points and 6.0 assists per game as a senior for the Cavaliers...Averaged 17.0 points and 3.0 assists per game as a junior...As a sophomore, Bryant averaged 12.0 points and 3.0 assists per game.
