2007 (Junior): In his first season with the Pacers, played in 15 games including starting four at third base...Batted .333 with six runs scored, seven RBI, three doubles, and one home run...His .556 slugging percentage was third on the team behind only a pair of All-Region teammates in Chris Sheehan and Chad Jacobsen... His best game of the season came on March 20 in a start against Barton College...Went 1-for-2 at the plate, driving in three, scoring another run, getting hit by a pitch, and recording two sacrifice flies...Was 2-for-2 against Presbyterian with a double and two runs scored...Doubled in his only at bat in a relief appearance against North Georgia on February 17...In his final game of the season, senior day against Pfeiffer on April 25, Montgomery made the most of his one at-bat, belting his first career home run in the 15-4 victory.

Calhoun Community College: Batted .365 with 17 doubles, three home runs, and 50 RBI for the Decatur, Alabama junior college...Hit .324 with eight doubles, one homer, and 21 RBI as a freshman.

Sparkman High School: Earned Alabama All-State honors as a senior, hitting .421 with 15 doubles, two home runs, and 40 RBI for the Senators...Recorded 12 doubles and 33 RBI with a .380 batting average as a junior in receiving All-Area honors.
