Played baseball for Aaron Hicks at Midland Valley high School…hit .417 as junior and .451 as senior…batted .344 during freshman season at USC Aiken…led the 1988 team in triples with 6…was named to NAIA All-America First Team after sophomore season…batted .416 with team-high 79 hits that year…topped team in triples (5) and stolen bases (22)…hit .299 in 1990…has been successful on 38 of last 40 stolen base attempts over past 2 seasons…batted .545 during District 6 Tournament last year.
