Biography

Joe played his high school ball at Aquinas (IA) under coach Dan Clark where he was selected first team all-District and first team all-State and all-Hawkeye. Sokolik was a member of the National Honor Society in high school and is majoring in Biology. Top Gun is his favorite movie while Beavis and Butthead top his TV pleasure list and Of Mice and Men is his favorite book. Larry Bird is his favorite athlete because of his effort and leadership. When not playing baseball, he likes to play basketball or soccer and hunt and fish.
