Biography

Joe is in his first year at USCA. He played his high school baseball at Horsehead High School in New York under the direction of Coach James Keenan. Skelley was talented enough to be chosen All State his junior and senior years in baseball. He was also an outstanding running back and was selected to the New York All State team three years running. Joe is majoring in Exercise Science at USCA.
