2004 (Junior): Tied for fifth on the team in wins and finished fourth in games started with seven...Worked 6.0 innings in his first start of the season in defeating Anderson College on March 3...Twice beat North Greenville combining for 11 strikeouts in 11 innings.

2003 (Sophomore): Third on team in ERA (3.83)...Started eight of 10 appearances holding opponents to a .288 batting average against...In a Feb. 26 game with Milligan, struck out seven batters, allowing just one earned run in the win.

2001 (Freshman): Fourth on team in wins with a 4-1 record...Tossed complete game on Mar. 21 in a 4-1 win over Barton...Allowed no earned runs while striking out eight batters.

Brookland-Cayce High School: Posted a 7-1 record with a 1.74 ERA in leading Brookland-Cayce to the 2000 SC State Title...Registered 53 strikeouts in being named All-State.

Personal: Jerod Marshall Summer is the son of Randy and Lynn Summer...He is majoring in Business Administration.
