2009: Named to the Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division II Southeast Region “Newcomers to Watch” List.

Southern Union CC: Finished two years at Wadley, Ala. junior college with an 16-3 record...Was 10-2 with a 3.15 ERA during sophomore season...Efforts earned him all-conference accolades...Finished freshman campaign as the Most Valuable Pitcher after going 6-1 with a 3.83 ERA.

Morgan Academy: Was a three-time All-State player...Named team MVP during sophomore, junior and senior seasons.

Personal: Jeremiah Lee Smith is the son of Doug and Denise Smith...He is majoring in Marketing.
