Posted a 5-1 record in seven starts in Peach Belt Conference action...Wins over league teams include USC Upstate, UNC Pembroke, North Georgia, Augusta State, and Lander...Fanned a career-high 10 batters in a win over Chowan on March 17... Twice registered nine strikeouts with the first coming in a 3-2 win over #1 GCSU on March 11...Finished eighth in the conference in strikeouts with 74 and tied for 10th with seven wins...His 8.65 strikeouts per nine innings was second best on the team among starters.

Mars Hill College: Two-year player for the Lions...Led the team with a 7-4 record in 92.0 innings pitched and a 4.99 ERA in 2005...Earned First-Team South Atlantic All-Conference honors...
