2007 (Junior): Played in 18 games, mostly in right field, including starting four...His .320 batting average was third best on the team among players with at least 25 at bats...Also smacked a pair of doubles, notched five RBI, slugged .400, and posted a .452 on-base percentage, second best on the team...In his first start of the season against conference foe Lander, Johnson went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, one RBI, and two walks as the Pacers won 15-4...Had another 2-for-3 game on March 8 in his fourth start of the year versus Catawba, with two RBI, two runs scored, one walk, and one double...Fourth on the team in pinch hitting at bats with seven.

2006 (Sophomore): His 18 hits were the most by players with less than 100 at bats...Had back-to-back career games against Chowan on March 17 and 19, going 3-for-5 both days and combining for four runs scored and three RBI.

2005 (Freshman): Out of his three hits, two were doubles, most among players with fewer than 30 at bats...Started two of eight games played...Went 1-for-2 with one double, one run scored, and three RBI versus Martin Methodist on March 12.

Gilbert High School: Three-time All-Area, All-Region, and All-State selection for the Indians...Two-time Gilbert offensive player of the year and once named Gilbert’s defensive player of the year...Hit .571 with 20 stolen bases as a senior in 2003 in being named HSSR All-State captain and Region Player of the Year...Batted .415 with 18 stolen bases as a junior and recorded a .405 batting average.
