1998: Recorded a USCA single season record for highest slugging percentage (.653)… Also, posted USCA game records for most hits in a game (5 vs. Presbyterian) and RBI’s in a game (7 vs. Presbyterian)… In the game vs. Presbyterian he went 5-5 with four runs, seven RBI’s, a double and a homerun… Selected to the all-South Atlantic Region second team… Named Peach Belt Athletic Conference player of the week on April 15 after the Presbyterian game… For the season he hit .366 with 14 doubles and nine homeruns… Ranked third in the PBAC with a .34 doubles per game average, ranked seventh with a .98 RBI’s per game average and ranked tied for 10^th  with a .22 homeruns per game average…. He missed the first 11 games of the season with a dislocated thumb injury… Hit safely in 20 of his last 22 games of the season… Recorded 13 multi-hit games on the season… Went 4-4 with two runs, a walk and an RBI vs. Francis Marion… Went 4-5 with two runs, three RBI and a double vs. Augusta State.
 
USC Salkehatchie: Speedy outfielder who transferred from USC Salkehatchie junior college… Hit .300 with three HR’s, 35 RBI’s and 20 SB’s his freshman year and .350 with four HR’s, 38 RBI’s and 12 SB’s his sophomore year.
 
Laurens High: Hit .302 with two homeruns, 20 RBI’s and 12 stolen bases his junior year under coach Ed Prescott.
