2008 (Freshman): Was a perfect 4-0 during freshman campaign...Made 12 total appearances, staring two... Owned a 1.62 ERA at conclusion of season...Opponents hit just .236 against him...Hurled 33.1 innings in total...Struck out 19 batters on year...Picked up first career win by pitching four innings in relief in 16-9 win over Brevard on Feb. 19...Struck out career-high five batters in game...Also fanned five in 17-5 win over Newberry on Apr. 2.

Gilbert High School: Two-time All-Region honoree...Recorded a 6-2 mark on the mound as a senior for the Indians...Had 45 strikeouts, 11 walks, and an opponents batting average against of .212 in 54.1 innings pitched...Notched a 1.93 ERA in earning All-Area acclaim...Was a perfect 7-0 as a junior in helping Gilbert to the Class AA State Championship...Had a 1.20 ERA in 35.0 innings of work, registering 43 strikeouts while walking only eight...In 16.0 innings as a sophomore, posted a 2-1 record with an 0.88 ERA.
