AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team pushed No. 4 Young Harris to the brink Saturday but lost a hard-fought 3-1 decision.
The Pacers are now 1-13 on the season and 0-10 in league play. The Mountain Lions are 14-0-1 overall, including 10-0-1 against conference foes.

Fabian Avila took a free kick and found
Jervel Tobierre, who hammered home the goal to make it 1-1.
The visitors managed to net the go-ahead goal – and the eventual game-winning score – at the 42:00 mark of the half off a rebound.
With just under two minutes to play in the match, YHC added an insurance goal for the final 3-1 score.
For the match, USC Aiken earned three corner kicks. The home squad posted three shots in the match with two coming from
Pablo Corcuera. The lone shot on goal came from Tobierre.
Felipe Cerda played all 90 minutes in goal, saving 11 shots.
